Privacy notice

01

Your space, your choices

PeptiBro is an early-stage wellness project. This notice describes the information used by the current website and member tools. Contact the PeptiBro operator through our contact form for access, privacy, or support requests.

02

What you choose to share

Sign-in provides an account identifier, email address, and an optional display name. When you choose to use member tools, we store your preferences, selected interests, goals, saved articles and, with your explicit choice, wellbeing check-ins. Contact messages and optional marketing preferences are kept separately from check-in records.

03

Why information is used

Your information powers the member features you request, including saving entries, displaying your history, calculating descriptive summaries, and supporting your account. We do not use your wellbeing records or private notes for advertising audiences. We do not install advertising pixels or session replay in the member space.

04

AI is a separate choice

Descriptive averages are calculated within PeptiBro. If an optional AI feature is enabled, it requires a separate affirmative choice before selected wellbeing information is sent to an AI provider. A missing AI connection does not prevent you from using goals, check-ins or trends. Your ChatGPT conversation history is not available to PeptiBro.

05

Hosting and access

The site uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure, including a D1 database. Infrastructure providers may process data outside Québec and Canada; Canadian-only residency is not promised. Member APIs scope access to the signed-in account. Routine administration exposes operational summaries and enquiries, rather than private wellbeing entries.

06

Consent, export and deletion

Manage your choices in Account. You can withdraw wellbeing-storage or AI consent, export your active member records, and request deletion using the account controls. Withdrawing consent stops new collection under that choice; account deletion removes existing member records from active storage. Hosting backups follow the provider’s retention settings, so deleted records may persist in backups until those copies expire.

07

Cookies and essential operation

The hosting platform uses authentication cookies to keep you signed in. Minimal operational records support rate limiting, errors and security. Browser preferences may preserve interface settings. Marketing consent is optional and is not required to create a member account.

Questions or changes

Use the contact form for privacy enquiries, corrections, or help exercising your choices. Avoid including medical details in a general enquiry. We will update this notice as the actual service and its processors change.
